PSYC 08223 Abnormal Psychology

Studies behavior patterns considered by society to be maladaptive. The emphasis is on diagnostic categories, relating diagnostic categories to symptom patterns and studying the etiology of symptom patterns. Therapeutic approaches are also presented. Prerequisite: Psych 08-103 or 08-303. (F, S)
