EDUC 61652 Leadership Issues in Higher Education

This course will provide an in-depth understanding of leadership and management issues as they relate to higher education organizations. Key concepts discussed in the course will include: management vs leadership theories and practice, political issues and implications for leadership in higher education, and cultural competence implications to leadership.
