POLS 34364 Criminal Law and Procedure

A study of the statutes, administrative rules and judicial processes that frame the criminal justice system, with particular focus on the State of Missouri.  The course will cover substantive criminal law, processing of the accused, and the unique characteristics of juvenile proceedings.  Prerequisites:  POLS 34205 and POLS 34315.  (S, alt. years)
