CHEM 24436 Medicinal Chemistry I

Students are shown how to predict the solubilities, structure-activity relationships, basic synthesis routes for selected structures, metabolism and pharmacological activity/potency of drug classes and individual members of classes based on the contribution of their functional groups to their structures. Prerequisite: 24-344 with a minimum grade of C. (F,S,SS)
